Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding and engagement with our academic community. As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant, you will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities.
• Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database.
• Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our academic community.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform our organizational decisions.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data integration and effective knowledge management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

Commitment

This position requires a weekly commitment of approximately 25 hours. We are flexible and open to discussing your availability and scheduling needs.
