**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our callers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Selling top fitness products and services to customers who call our inbound phone center
* Building strong relationships with customers and providing them with personalized recommendations and support
* Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
* Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus)
* Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
* Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
* Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
* Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
* An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
* Previous experience in the fitness industry or with a similar retailer
* Strong knowledge of running and walking products and services
* Experience with sales and customer service software and systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
