We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Venezuela. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our customers' shopping experience. You'll be responsible for identifying product selection gaps, executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, and maximizing our products' selection facet and customer base.Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your primary obligations will include:- Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts.
 - Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
 - Seller Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
 - Stakeholder Management and Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
 - Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
 - Results-Driven Track Record: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
 - Product Promotion and Market Expansion: Enjoy promoting nascent products/offers into new markets (strongly preferred).
 - Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
 - Commercial Acumen and Analytical Skills: Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills, advanced analytical skills, and quantitative abilities.
 - Complex Data Handling and Negotiation: Ability to handle complex financial data, polished communication skills (talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating), and the ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience (a plus).
 - Purchaser Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter (a plus).
 - Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience (a plus).
