About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as required
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers, tailoring interactions to their needs, and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
