Job Overview

In this role, you will utilize your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members. You will be responsible for answering questions related to healthcare benefits, resolving customer issues, and providing education on products and services where applicable. Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive.

  • Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processes, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that our customers receive fair and personalized support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection that meets our requirements (20 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed).
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
