About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to play a key role in ensuring our clients and members have an exceptional experience with Bundle. As the primary point of contact for our members, you'll be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing recommendations and feedback. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via website chat, email, and text in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the member's question or complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve all inquiries and tickets efficiently, ensuring that our members receive seamless support and guidance.
- Engage with new or potential members on our website to increase engagement and utilization, providing personalized support and recommendations to help them get the most out of our platform.
- Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them, using your excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Answer questions and forward requests from Bundle's concierge line, working closely with our Content and Marketing team to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Gather member feedback and share it with Bundle stakeholders, helping us to continuously improve and refine our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients and members.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and follow up to ensure all inquiries are resolved, providing regular updates and progress reports to keep them informed and engaged.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and members.
- Availability to work weekdays (Monday-Friday), with a flexible approach to handling multiple projects and prioritizing customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure conversations and provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to our members.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of professionalism, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
- Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Prior experience using HubSpot or similar customer support software is a plus, although training will be provided to the right candidate.
