Customer Service Specialist - Sales Support and Product Support

Located in Dallas, Texas, our company is involved in many levels of producing and selling computer mounting equipment and ergonomic accessories to a variety of customers. Job Description
This position includes ongoing phone and email interactions with customers, and requires the employee develop an expert knowledge of the Company's product line. We recognize the complexities of our devices and will provide training to a positive and enthusiastic learner. Training will include hands on work in our assembly department and cross training in the areas of production, quality control, trouble shooting and the installation of finished goods in our offices and showroom.
