Senior Analyst - Data Analytics
About the position
Responsibilities
• Own the logic, maintain and enhance the existing data lake for all Customer Treatments (ex. Cross-Sells, Upgrades, Lending treatments etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to understand the new features, groom the requirements, investigate issues
• Collaborate with the Technology team on daily basis to get projects delivered in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Data Science, Finance and other enterprise data teams on need basis
• Cater to ad-hoc analytic and data requests to leaders
• Provide an incubation environment for new analytic/reporting ideas
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an Analytics environment
• Hands-on experience working on relational databases and big data platforms like Hadoop and Google Big query
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on the quality
• Strong customer facing communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy – strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Project management skills – ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize
• Relationship building skills – enjoys working as part of a larger team and fostering relationships
• Presentation skills – equally capable of creating presentation materials and presenting in front of peers and more senior leaders
