Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Contacting customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services to establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals
• Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, with the ability to navigate multiple web interfaces and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers and offer solutions in a positive and productive manner
• Self-directed and motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and support
Preferred Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces and systems, with excellent technical skills and knowledge
Required Prerequisites
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following prerequisites:
• Pass a 7-year background check, with a clean and satisfactory record
• Have a secured, designated workspace that is separate and free from distractions and noise
• Be hardwired for internet service, with an ethernet cord and no WiFi or Hot Spot
• Have a USB headset with microphone, mute, and noise-cancelling function
• Have a Windows 10 or better computer, with no Mac books or Chrome books
