We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Coach (Human Services Case Manager) to join our team in The Dalles, OR, as part of the Self Sufficiency Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered, strength-based practice to assist families in achieving independence through collaboration and partnership within the agency and the community.
 - Engage families through individual and family assessments, goal setting, and identification of strengths and needs.
 - Negotiate coaching contracts with adults in the home, utilizing the continuum of Jobs activities to support both individual and family needs.
 - Evaluate employability readiness, provide meaningful provider referrals, and promote services to motivate adults towards employment.
 - Deliver culturally appropriate services that recognize, affirm, and value the worth of children, individuals, families, and communities.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the minimum qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field.
 - Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field and one year of human services related experience.
 - An associate degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field, and two years of human services related experience.
 - Three years of human services related experience.

- Ability to coach individuals and families to develop a plan for self-sufficiency.
 - Experience in actively coordinating and collaborating with families and community partners.
 - A track record of advocating for and empowering individuals and their families.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Cultural competence and ability to provide services that are respectful, compassionate, and effective.
