Essential Qualifications and Skills

While prior experience in gymnastics instruction is desirable, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including theater, dance, education, and non-profit sectors. To succeed in this role, you should:

• Possess a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their safety and well-being.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and demonstrate basic gymnastics skills, such as climbing, jumping, and rolling.
• Be comfortable working in non-air-conditioned areas and flexible with regards to scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.
• Hold a positive and energetic attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application:

• Prior experience in gymnastics instruction, coaching, or a related field.
• Certifications in gymnastics, first aid, or CPR.
• A degree in education, sports science, or a related field.
