About the Role: Crafting Innovative Learning Experiences
As our ideal candidate, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and assessing employee learning and development programs that cater to the diverse needs of our campus community. Your expertise will enable us to enhance employee skills, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive institutional excellence. You will collaborate with various campus offices, subject matter experts, supervisors, staff, and faculty to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, implement, and assess employee learning and development needs across the Institute.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality face-to-face, blended, and online learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate learning events and training opportunities that promote employee growth and development.
- Utilize advanced analytical and project management skills to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
- Leverage collaboration tools and technologies to develop process documentation and training materials that are accessible to non-technical individuals.
- Work closely with technical staff to create training and documentation that meet the needs of our campus community.
- Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and/or use proprietary computer programs, evolving systems, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the Institute's business needs.
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in communication, education, or human resources management.
- 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering quality learning experiences.
- Advanced analytical and project/process management skills.
- Experience using collaboration tools/technologies and developing process documentation in both online and printed formats.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
