Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one interview training sessions with high school students, focusing on articulating their strengths, interests, and goals with confidence.
• Teach students effective strategies for responding to common interview questions and navigating behavioral and situational interview scenarios.
• Develop tailored training plans to address each student's unique needs, emphasizing areas such as communication skills, body language, and storytelling.
