Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, addressing a range of topics, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
  • Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers by providing personalized support and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work variable hours, including overnight, day, and late shifts, to match customer demand, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing shift patterns, including working national holidays.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
