You'll work closely with our travel agents and management team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage client relationships, and support the administrative functions of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Travel Bookings and Coordination: Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests, ensuring that their travel plans are executed seamlessly.
  • Record Keeping and Calendar Management: Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries, and coordinate scheduling for travel consultations, managing the calendar for the agency.
  • Administrative Support: Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts, as well as support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.
  • Research and Destination Expertise: Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business success.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry is preferred, although not essential. We're open to training the right candidate.
