Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to grow our client portfolio, working closely with a team of high-performing sales professionals. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the sales strategy for the account portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Driving revenue growth from new business sales within existing clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Monitoring economic and legal trends that could impact sales, staying ahead of the curve and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Maintaining and updating the salesforce.com database with sales pursuit information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Managing a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience in leading a top-tier sales team to success, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Customer Experience Solutions sales experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
