Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize computer programs and systems to manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Apply credit and implement return procedures as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously and meeting productivity standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, with stable internet connectivity (upload speed > 5 megabits per second, download speed > 15 megabits per second, and ping < 80 milliseconds).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and productivity.
