About the Role: Online English Teacher (100% Remote)

As an online English teacher at Preply, you will have the opportunity to teach students from all over the world, on your own schedule and at your own price. You will be able to create your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum to deliver engaging and effective lessons to your students. With our integrated calendar, you can set your availability and schedule lessons with students at times that suit you. You will also have access to training and professional development through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality lessons and support your students' learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English online to Preply students all over the world, on your own schedule and at your own price
• Create your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum for your lessons with your students
• Use Preply's integrated calendar to set your availability and schedule lessons with students
• Access training and professional development through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars
• Provide comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
• Be energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful in your interactions with students

What You Need to Become a Preply Tutor:

To be a successful online English teacher at Preply, you will need:

• Proficiency in English
• A University degree or Certificate to teach English (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc), or equivalent qualification in English language teaching
• Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online
• Experience providing comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
• A high-speed internet connection
• To be energetic, patient, responsible, and cheerful

Essential Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, we are looking for candidates who are:
