Job Summary

The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and commercializing processes for new products and product optimizations. This will involve conducting hands-on bench and pilot scale tests, designing processes to ensure products are reproducible and robust, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and test processes for new beverage and food products. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and commercialize processes for new products and product optimizations
• Conduct hands-on bench and pilot scale tests to ensure product quality and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test processes for new beverage and food products
• Travel as needed (30%) to conduct product/process commissioning and provide manufacturing support for existing processes
• Serve as technical leader on cross-functional project teams and effectively manage technical timelines
• Align with Operations to develop best practices and standards that are consistent across manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems that arise from processing food and/or beverage products
• Remain abreast of new processing technology and present concepts for application

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with various levels of an organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt well to change
• Advanced PC skills: Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Microsoft Project or similar software
