About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Work-from-Home CSR, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls
Work Environment and Requirements:
As a Work-from-Home CSR, you'll need to:
- Work from a private residence, with a dedicated workspace
- Provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps)
- Use a desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
- Have a USB wired headset and Ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi)
- Ensure your workstation is connected directly to the internet, with Windows 10 or 11 and Windows firewall enabled
