Job Summary

This is a 30-39 hour per week remote role, with a competitive salary of $22.00/hour. As a Client Care Guide, you will work an adaptable diminished-hour schedule that might start and end beyond typical business hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Help clients and different counselors via telephone, email, and online with charging/insurance checks, items, or administration questions.
