Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested
- Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
- Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
Qualifications

- Able to type 25 wpm

- Comfort with desktop computer systems

- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications include 6 months of call center experience, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
