Key Responsibilities
- Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

- Collaborate with senior leadership, legal counsel, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate procedures and compliance
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions
- Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met
- Develop and deliver training to third-party administrators and internal stakeholders
- Review and approve third-party and supplemental plan communications
- Recommend upgrades to multiple benefits systems
Essential Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently
- Project management experience, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design
- Excellent listening, critical thinking, and answer-articulation skills
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to improve programs, processes, and results
- Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans
- Strong analytical abilities, with some knowledge of statistical analysis and experience working with large data sets
