About Our Insurance Program

At Teleperformance, we're committed to helping you achieve your career goals. That's why we're offering a unique opportunity to become a Licensed Insurance Agent through our comprehensive 5-day paid training program. You'll receive the support you need to prepare for the State Insurance Exam, including a dedicated Trainer, study materials, and coverage of the exam costs. Upon passing the exam, we'll support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states and territories we operate in.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and providing exceptional support to policy holders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex matters
  • Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and providing support for policy changes
  • Providing recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet policy holders' needs
  • Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to launch their insurance career. To be considered, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Availability to work various shifts, including potentially flexible or rotating schedules

While not required, having 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, and will be considered a valuable asset in your application.

Work from Home Requirements

To work effectively from home, you'll need to meet our internet connection requirements, which include:

  • A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
  • A minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • No packet loss and a ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed will be required
  • A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions
