Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within the organization, ensuring timely and effective placements.
  • Source and attract top candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications, and conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, providing a positive candidate experience.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service recruitment, or a strong understanding of the customer service industry.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
