Key Responsibilities

- Resolve member complaints and issues on the first call, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and related policies to provide effective support to members.
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field.
- 6 months of work-from-home experience.
- Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a PBM or healthcare organization is desirable.

Flexible Schedule and Work Environment
