Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service and sales calls with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide detailed information about Legal Shield's services, billing, and payment processes to customers.
  • Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote Legal Shield's services to potential and existing customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Legal Shield's offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
  • The capacity to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues with poise and professionalism.
