Key Responsibilities
- Listen carefully to customers and evaluate their situations to provide appropriate solutions and resolve calls efficiently.
- Handle a wide range of calls, from simple mapping and navigation issues to emergency situations, with a high degree of caring and empathy.
- Remain calm and composed under pressure, reassuring and diffusing emotional and/or difficult calls.
- Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools.
- React and respond decisively in emergency situations, providing critical support to customers in need.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Response Specialist with Working Solutions, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and a caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor.
- The ability to multi-task and respond decisively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English is required, and bilingual fluency in Spanish or French is highly valued.
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.
We prefer candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in high-pressure or emergency response environments.
- A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.

- A competitive contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour.
- The potential to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour, depending on your availability and performance.
- Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and can expect to earn an equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.
- The flexibility to work when it's convenient for you, with opportunities to schedule your own hours.
