About the Role: Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Distribution Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions, account management, and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle account creation and management for various print offices, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
- Direct record supply management and bring section back, ensuring seamless delivery and billing processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through email and telephone, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries.
- Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and research connected with billing inquiries, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring efficient delivery and logistics.
- Assist with all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy Framework and other course and business systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communications, or Customer Service).
- Years of general office experience, with a focus on customer service and data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex accounting sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a fluctuating daily responsibility.
- Willingness to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and be adaptable to ensure coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer queries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
