Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
