- Provide Product and Service Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, including travel bookings, insurance, and other related services.
- Process Travel Bookings: Assist members with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages.
- Utilize Technology: Use our computer systems, software, and equipment, including phones, headsets, printers, and copiers, to efficiently manage and resolve member inquiries.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a High Level of Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding performance targets and metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and customers.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, with high accuracy.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Travel Industry Experience: Experience working in the travel industry, including knowledge of travel products and services.
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center or similar environment.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
