- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
 - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently
 - Enter data into multiple online systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
 - Multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
 - Collaborate with team members through video conferencing, ensuring seamless communication and a sense of belonging
 - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience with one company in your work history
 - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 - Positive attitude, confidence, and a friendly demeanor
 - Good technical skills, with the ability to navigate PC or MAC and web applications
 - Patience and understanding when working with clients aged 65+
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
 - Familiarity with Medicare insurance products and services
 
Work Environment and Requirements:
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet
 - Availability to work from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
 - Ability to participate in video conferencing and online collaboration tools
 
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of $40,000 per year
