About the Team and Role

The Creative Production Innovation Management team is a group of accomplished Program Managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (previously Creative Manufacturing). We're driving complex projects across Netflix and PDP groups, focusing on introducing new stories to our members worldwide. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation packages that bring new content to our members. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, ride early-degree projects from strategy to execution, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, innovation-focused programs that are technical and cross-functional in nature.
• Conduct feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to deliver high-quality functions on time and within budget.
• Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders, shaping early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications.
• Partner with Netflix Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps, endorsing PDP's groups through proactive consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks.
• Identify extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to power greater impact and/or performance.
• Control, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous packages.
• Anticipate and plan for future demands and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in Program Management practices, efficiently validated in prior roles in Product Engineering.
• Deep area expertise and working know-how in establishing and imposing Program Control frameworks and exceptional practices.
• A proven track record for influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.
• Ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible next steps.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Well-versed in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of packages and projects.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to talk efficiently and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with product development, via data insights, A/B testing, and consumer experience POV.
• Ability to give sincere and direct feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the entertainment or streaming industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and program management tools.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and its application in product development.
