Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team in Bolivia. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, drive business growth, and exceed sales objectives.
- Sales Growth and Performance: Exceed sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes, demonstrating achievement in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
