About Amazon's 3P Marketplace
Amazon's 3P marketplace is a platform where third-party sellers can list and sell their products to customers worldwide. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-potential sellers to our platform, providing them with best practices and insights to help them succeed, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
 - Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-ability sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
 - Seller Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
 - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving.
 - Performance and Growth: Exceed income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes, and demonstrate achievement in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets.
 
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
 - Business Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
 - Sales Achievement: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
 - Communication and Presentation: Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
 - Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
 - Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
 - Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
 - Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
