Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialist to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering data into our databases, verifying information, and maintaining spreadsheets to track data. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter data into our databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information. Verify data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data, review and update information in the database regularly.
  • Data Quality Control: Perform data quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness, resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
