Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter claims information into our claims management systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Claims Follow-up: Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims.
  • Invoicing: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting: Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decision-making.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • 6-12 Months of Work Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
