Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, capture, and transform commercial enterprise needs into actionable insights
 - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Purchaser (VoC) methods and leverage them to inform data-driven decision-making
 - Design and build robust records model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
 - Utilize big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
 - Provide recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
 - Conduct consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, and testing and builds automation tools
 - Proactively identify and automate manual obligations to improve quality and efficiency
 - Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, enhance, and test data for various use cases as part of the VoC end-to-end technique
 
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in development using Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell scripting languages, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks
 - Strong experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, with small increments of a product introduced at regular intervals to business groups
 - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
 - Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
 - Excellent typing speed and accuracy
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 - Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
 - Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture
 - Experience with automation tools and testing frameworks
