Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our customers, resolving complaints, and generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound phone-based customer service, resolving complaints, and addressing general questions and concerns.
  • Manage relationships with customers, generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Process orders, and perform various administrative tasks required in the operation of the Call Center.
  • Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications/technology tools and efficiently navigate Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and policies to provide expert service to our highly valued customers.
  • Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience; strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information.
  • Proven customer service skills to provide top-notch, outstanding customer service to our customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger and highly supportive team.
  • Ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods of time.

Requirements for Remote Work

  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions of any kind conducive to phone-based customer service support.
  • Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections must consistently provide minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second.
  • Schedule flexibility to work the required hours.

Training and Development

We provide an in-depth, fully paid 2.5-week training program to all selected candidates. The training schedule is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. During this program, you will receive comprehensive training on our products, policies, and procedures, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role.
