Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions that improve the resilience and efficiency of our IT operations * Design and develop predictive models using AI, deep learning, and other advanced techniques to forecast and prevent issues * Work with large datasets to extract insights and identify trends that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data pipelines to support the AIOps platform, including data extraction, processing, and visualization * Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into our production environment * Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI and machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability * Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve our solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on predictive modeling and data analysis * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines * Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature extraction, and model evaluation * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
