About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and pioneering individual to join our Intelligent Tech... Exceptional Ventures team as a Content and Customer Experience Specialist. This role is part of our Deals and Channel Strategy and Operations organization, which is responsible for generating the revenue and programs that fuel our ongoing innovation of products and services. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives sales enablement and customer experience
- Map out the customer journey and work with program managers to identify opportunities for improvement
- Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide to ensure consistency across all channels
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and sales staff
- Work closely with IT and Product Management teams to develop innovative solutions that drive sales and improve the overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, design)
- 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-marketing principles
- Profound experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into effective content strategies
- Experience with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
