Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Providing excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred), you will have a solid foundation in customer service principles and practices.
 - Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, you will be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 - High school graduate or GED, you will have a solid educational foundation and be able to apply your knowledge in a practical setting.
 - Proven oral and written communication skills, you will be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
 - Logical problem-solving skills, you will be able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective remedies.
 - Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, you will be comfortable using technology to perform your job duties.
 - Organization and work prioritization skills, you will be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

To work from home, you will need:
