Job Summary
In this part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical work, and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing support via phone or in-person. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with our customers, colleagues, and management team. Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
- Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document generation
- Create and resolve customer service issue tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle special management projects, as well as overflow work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet research activities
- Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
- Responsible for inspecting supply items and maintaining inventory levels
Requirements and Qualifications
