Position Overview
We’re seeking a passionate special education professional to lead virtual classroom instruction and provide comprehensive support services. You’ll work with students across multiple grade levels, developing and implementing individualized education programs while fostering meaningful connections in our advanced online learning environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives
• Provide direct virtual instruction using evidence-based teaching strategies
• Modify curriculum and create adaptive learning materials
• Conduct behavioral assessments and implement intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including related service providers
• Maintain detailed progress monitoring and data collection
• Facilitate parent conferences and maintain ongoing family communication
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Student Population
Work with students representing various disability categories including autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders. Provide services across elementary, middle, and high school levels with opportunities for both supplemental and intensive support programming.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid New Hampshire special education teaching license

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with virtual instruction preferred
