Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus. • Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficient in using banking software and technology; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to accommodate customer schedules.
