Compensation & Structure
• Training Pay: $16/hour during the initial two-week training period.
• Post-Training Pay: $45,000–$85,000 annualized, per action based.
• Status: Remote Independent Contractor (1099).
Availability
• Must be available for evenings and weekends only after training.
• Training runs weekdays, September 30 – October 14, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Ongoing training provided to support growth and success.
What You’ll Do
• Provide professional service to consumers seeking legal assistance.
• Use our technology platforms to handle incoming inquiries.
• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced call environment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service.
• Partner with management to meet performance goals.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a call center handling 100+ calls/day. English fluency required; bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM.
• Availability: Evenings and weekends.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with internet tools, instant messaging, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Coachability: Willingness to accept and apply feedback.
• Remote Readiness: Able to work independently in a structured, home-based environment.
Remote Work Requirements
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• High-speed internet: minimum 125 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload.
• Computer: PC (Windows 10/11 Pro) or Mac (latest OS). No Chromebooks.
• Processor: Intel i5 (10th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000+) minimum; i7/Ryzen 7 preferred.
• RAM: 8 GB minimum; 16 GB recommended.
• Storage: 256 GB SSD minimum; 512 GB SSD recommended.
• Display: Full HD (1920×1080) 13"–15" minimum; larger or external monitor preferred.
• Audio/Video: 720p webcam with noise-canceling mic required; 1080p webcam and high-quality headset preferred.
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0+, at least 2 USB ports, HDMI or DisplayPort.
Residency Requirement
• Must be 18+ and a resident of a U.S. state.
