Live it Up is looking for a part-time Paid Social Assistant to help keep our paid social campaigns organized and running smoothly! You’ll play an important part in making sure ads go live on time, naming conventions are followed, and performance reports are kept up-to-date.
What You’ll Do
• Be Hands-On in Meta Ads: Upload and schedule paid social ads to ensure fresh campaigns go live each week on Meta and other paid social channels
• Maintain Naming Conventions: Keep campaign and ad set names organized and aligned with team standards
• Ensure Timely Launches: Own campaign setups to ensure ads go live on schedule without errors
• Assist with Reporting: Share basic performance snapshots to keep the team informed on ad performance and insights
Who You Are
• Experience with Meta Ads and other paid social platforms
• Familiar with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, and Rockerbox
• Dependable, consistent, and reliable in meeting deadlines
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes carefully
• A team player who takes pride in accuracy and task execution
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
