Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and Moderate Comments: Ensure that all interactions on our YouTube channel, including comments and discussions, align with our community guidelines and standards.
• Enforce Community Guidelines: Promote a respectful and welcoming atmosphere by enforcing our community guidelines and addressing any violations promptly.
• Respond to User Inquiries: Address user concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and support where needed.
• Collaborate with the Content Team: Work closely with our Content Team to improve community engagement, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance our online presence.
• Report Trends and Feedback: Provide regular updates to our management team on community trends, feedback, and any issues that may arise, helping to inform our content and community strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
