We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Implementation Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Implementation Manager, you'll play a critical role in building consultative relationships with clients, brokers, and enrollment partners to deliver exceptional case implementation service and training that sets us apart from the competition.
About the Role
As a Client Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client implementation project plans, coordinating with internal and external partners, and establishing yourself as a single source of contact for clients, brokers, and enrollment partners during the implementation and enrollment process. You'll demonstrate a solid knowledge of our Voluntary products, services, and technology platforms, and conduct product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers, and benefit counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client implementation project plans for new and existing client implementations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to establish appropriate timeframes and key timelines throughout the implementation process.
- Establish yourself as a single source of contact for clients, brokers, and enrollment partners during the implementation and enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Trustmark's Voluntary products, services, and technology platforms, and display an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners.
- Conduct product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers, and benefit counselors, ensuring they're equipped to succeed.
- Establish and build cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional and timely customer service when addressing implementation questions and issues, managing and stewarding implementation issues toward resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of three years' insurance industry knowledge and/or experience in operations or account management.
- A four-year degree or equivalent.
- The ability to travel 20-40% within assigned territory.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Presenting and training experience, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written, with good presence, strong team player, encouraging, diplomatic, and flexible.
- The ability to work independently and make good decisions consistent with divisional objectives, handling conflict with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Voluntary/Worksite marketplace experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities.
- Active life and health license, or the ability to complete/obtain within the first year of employment with company support.
