Job Overview
As an Implementation Project Specialist - Data Validation/Dual Maintenance, you will be responsible for supporting clients during the implementation phase of ADP WFN projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless data validation and dual maintenance, critical components of a successful implementation. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a duration of 75 hours, potentially extendable based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Dual Maintenance Support: Work closely with clients to manage updates, ensuring they understand the process and are actively engaged in making changes to their WFN system.
- Data Verification: Collaborate with clients during data verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Payroll Go-Live and Testing: Provide support during payroll go-live and testing phases, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Data Validation & Learning Call: Participate in validation and learning calls to reinforce dual maintenance concepts and provide training to clients.
- Project Closure: Ensure that all data validation and dual maintenance tasks are completed prior to project closure and communicate with the ADP PM and client to confirm project completion.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience as an ADP WFN SME, with a strong understanding of data validation and dual maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong work ethic and discipline.
- Experience with ADP WFN implementation projects, including payroll go-live and testing phases.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with Spencer Thomas Group or similar Professional Services firms.
- Knowledge of RightFIT methodology or similar human-centric approaches.
- Familiarity with Payroll/HCM practices and technologies.
- Certifications or training in ADP WFN or related systems.
